About me

I was born and raised in Germany in an immigrant family from Turkey.

My parents were trying to find their way in a culture they barely knew—learning, adapting, surviving. At home, one presence shaped everything: my grandmother. She was the unquestioned authority, and to this day, the most ambitious woman I have ever known.

I became the entertaining child—the one who kept things light, who made others comfortable, who filled the room so no one had to look too closely at what was missing. Many of my needs went unseen. And for a long time, I didn’t see them either.

In our family, we didn’t speak about difficult things. We covered them up. We moved on. We pretended everything was fine. So I learned to do the same—with myself.

I was a sensitive, kinesthetic child, deeply connected to my body and drawn to movement. I asked big questions about life, meaning, and belonging. But the path planned for me never truly fit. My parents had expectations—created in the name of love, as many parents do—but they slowly pulled me away from who I actually was.

That inner split became the starting point of my life’s work.

Somewhere deep inside, I always knew: If I could find home within myself, I would be okay—wherever I went, whoever I was with. That knowing stayed with me through every transition, every identity shift, every moment of feeling lost. Today, I see it clearly: my mission has always been about helping people come back to themselves.

Because this is the quiet crisis I see everywhere.

Highly capable, intelligent people—especially women—who look successful on the outside but feel disconnected inside. People who learned early on to perform, adapt, achieve, and hold everything together… while slowly losing access to their body, their voice, and their inner truth.

Healed Coaching was born from this understanding.

I created it as a space for reconnection—between mind, body, and soul. A place where clarity replaces confusion, confidence grows from self-trust (not performance), and connection begins from within before it’s sought outside.

This work is not about fixing you.

It’s about remembering who you were before you learned to disconnect.

I share my story not because it’s special, but because it’s familiar. I’ve walked the path of fear, self-abandonment, and over-adaptation—and I’ve also experienced what becomes possible when you stop running from yourself and start coming home.

My promise to you is this: everything I offer here is rooted in lived experience, deep inner work, and practical structure. I bring my heart—but also clarity, safety, and grounded guidance.

This work is not for everyone.

And it’s not meant to be.

It’s for those who feel the quiet pull to look inward.

For those who know that success without inner alignment is not enough.

For those who are ready to lead, live, and choose from a place that finally feels true.

If you’re reading this, awareness has already begun.

And awareness is always the first step back home.

There is a way out.

You are not alone.

Are you ready?

I’ll see you on the other side.

With love,

Hale
